Sieng Kong LLB

Sieng graduated from the University of Melbourne in the State of Victoria with a double degree of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce. He was admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2000 and has worked in the legal profession in Melbourne until he relocated to Brisbane in mid-2006. Sieng is also admitted to the High Court of Australia and has over 10 years of experience in the legal profession.
 
Sieng predominately practices in areas relating to property and commercial matters such as property subdivision, council liaison, acquisition and development, business disposition and acquisition, commercial leasing and trade mark registration. He has acted for individuals as well as private corporations in respect of non-litigious matters.

​As well as regularly representing developers and lessors, Sieng has provided advice in respect of retention of titles, conflict of interest allegations, private law issues and the enforcement of contracts and regulations
